Terms and Cancellation Policy

Unless a charter is paid in full prior to its scheduled date of fulfillment, a deposit of $100 is required to be paid to Capt. Dave to reserve the date. If the charter takes place as scheduled, the deposit will be credited toward the bill.

If the charter is cancelled by the client less than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled charter date, the deposit is not refundable. If the charter is cancelled by Capt. Dave due to bad weather, the deposit will be refunded to the client.

Full payment is due for Captain Dave’s services at the end of the day.

Fall is Captain Dave's favorite time of the year. The drop in temperature and humidity makes for fabulous charter conditions. The trout and redfish love the change too. Book a charter and be a part of this beautiful season of fishing.
